What Is The Raptor Bond?
The Raptor Bond is a new investment opportunity offering 8% interest per annum. Wrapped in an IFISA, the Raptor Bond could grant investors access to tax-free* income, and the chance to ultimately invest in precious metals through Streaming and Royalties finance options. Tax treatment depends on the individual circumstances of each investor and may be subject to change in future.
What is Streaming and Royalties Finance?
Stream and Royalty Finance comprises a situation where a company makes up front payments to development stage mining companies to purchase part of their future production at a price below the market price. The mining company receives capital through immediately monetising part of its future production.
Stream and Royalty Finance is still relatively new and with many high-quality mining projects requiring financing there is an opportunity for investors to receive a good return on investment. Only mining projects which have sufficient forecast-free cash flow to cover the financing and offer a reasonable return for investors are attractive to streaming and royalty finance companies.
What Else Should I Know About The Bond?
Raptor ultimately lends funds raised from the bond to Gold Streaming Raptor Limited whose Advisory Committee will undertake extensive due diligence and engage third party providers to assist in determining whether or not mining projects meet and qualify for financing in accordance with a set criteria which is set out in the Information Memorandum, for example:
With a minimum investment of only £2,000 and offering 8% interest per annum, there is no better time to invest with Raptor.
